The smaller Nano Indian almond leaves fit well in any small box. The small Nano leaves are punched from large sea almond leaves and therefore always have the same shape and size.

Indian almond leaves “Catappa” have long been used in aquaristics because of their pH-lowering effect and their high tannin content. They have an inhibiting effect on fungi and bacteria and can be used to support infections or as a preventive measure. In terrariums they also protect against fungus and support a natural pH balance in the soil. In addition, Indian almond tree leaves are a great food supplement for isopods, millipedes, crabs, snails and shrimps and they are also a very natural looking terrarium decoration. After a certain period of time a biofilm forms on the leaves, which is eaten with great pleasure. After some time the leaf itself is also nibbled.
