SHIPPING

Shipping costs will differ depending on the items, country and the quantity you order. In general, the shipping costs are 1:1 the service provider’s processing costs. In our case this is DHL.

If you want to know how much the shipping costs will be for you, just add the product(s) to your shopping cart, enter your address and voilà, you will see the actual shipping costs.

The shipping costs outside of Germany are the same but a little bit more expensive. Just always exactly what DHL tells us to do. For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes and charges, such as customs duties, may apply. These are to be carried by you.

Have it your way! We offer you different payment methods like Paypal, credit card payment via Paypal and bank transfer. With all methods your personal data will be encrypted and securely transmitted. The payment via bank transfer usually takes a few days. We will set your order to “In Processing” as soon as the money is on our account.

DELIVERY TIME

As soon as we have finalized your package you will receive an automatic e-mail from DHL with your shipment number. Sometimes the e-mail also ends up in your spam folder, depending on how sharply you have set the settings. The shipping time varies depending on where the package is going. Please be a little patient and don’t be afraid, we provide the animals with food and moisture on their journey to you.

DELIVERY AREA

In principle we ship worldwide. But it’s best to check the shopping cart to see if we deliver to the country you come from. Basically, we like to ship everywhere, but then the delivery costs will always change a bit. Just put the product into your shopping cart, enter your address and have a look. Please note which import regulations are valid in your country! Not all organic materials and animals can be shipped to all countries. You should check with the veterinary office or customs in your country. We unfortunately cant take any responsibility for this.

FAULT DELIVERY

If something went wrong with your order, there was too much or too little or something wrong, then please just write us an email to reklamation@insektenliebe.com with your name and order number and tell us briefly what was wrong. We will take care of it immediately.

SOLD OUT

Unfortunately we do not always manage to breed all animals in such a way that they are always available in the shop. Just have a little patience with us and have a look into the shop from time to time. We don’t have any waiting lists, there are only two of us and our bookkeeping is already enough bureaucracy and Excel tables…sigh

RETOURE
 
Too big, too small or you don’t need the delivered item or several items after all? Then simply send the goods back to us and we will refund the purchase price upon receipt! Unfortunately, you will have to pay the return postage yourself.

Incidentally, there is no right of cancellation for animals. The little ones are happy that they have survived the journey and don’t want to go back in the parcel. So please think carefully before you buy an animal.
