Green algae Sea salad (Ulva lactuca), also called sea lettuce, is a multicellular green algae. Ulva occurs in all seas. It grows on stony ground, mussels or other types of algae.
Sea lettuce contains particularly high levels of magnesium, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin B3, vitamin B12 and vitamin C.
Composition: 100% organic sea salad algae (Ulva spp.)
Content: 6g in 250ml cup
Use: We put the leaves in water for 10-15 minutes. This makes the sea lettuce swell fourfold and the animals can decompose the foliage more easily while absorbing moisture.
