Lopaphus spec. “Cuc Phuong”

Kurzbeschreibung zu L. spec. “Cuc Phuong”:

They belong to the most beautiful phasmid species currently available. The colour picture of both males and females is simply stunning. The ink-blue thorax runs to a copper or gold-coloured hind part. Also the head could be described as gold or copper coloured. This stick insect species is not sensitive to ram air, therefore a ventilation in the lid is sufficient. The terrarium should be sprayed with water regularly. At least the substrate should always remain moist. Lopaphus spec. “Cuc Phuong” is a very active species. Therefore they are constantly moving and you can watch them day and night. Due to their active nature, a too high population density should be avoided.
