Cubaris spec. “Platinum” – The noble beauty among the Isopods
Cubaris spec. “Platinum” is an easy-to-care-for Cubaris species. It’s well-suited for beginners, both in terms of keeping and breeding. The substrate should always be moist and covered with a thick layer of leaves. This helps retain moisture in the substrate longer, and the animals like to use it as a hiding place and a food source.
As with all Cubaris species, the soil should be permanently well limed. Shell grit is a very good choice for this.
