The Exo Terra Monsoon SOLO II Sprinkler is a programmable misting system suitable for all terrariums and greenhouses. This system helps maintain optimal humidity by producing rainfall at programmed times. The duration and frequency of rainfall can be easily adjusted to suit the needs of the animals kept or the plants. Frequent rainfall helps stimulate breeding behaviour. It is also necessary if you keep live tropical plants, such as bromeliads, orchids, mosses, etc.
The system can be programmed to rain several times within 24 hours and over a period of 2 seconds to 2 minutes at a time. The large 1.5 litre reservoir ensures uninterrupted operation for several days without the need to refill water (ideal for the holiday season). In addition, the reservoir can be easily refilled without having to disassemble the entire system.
The Exo Terra Monsoon Solo II Sprinkler System is equipped with one easy-to-install spray nozzle, but can be extended with one more spray nozzle, making it ideal for two terrariums. (Please note that each additional nozzle means less output at each individual nozzle). The rain produced by the specially designed spray nozzles is extremely fine and creates a mist-like effect in the terrarium or greenhouse. The extra-long hoses make it possible to hide the system in a storage area or cabinet under the terrarium.
