For a healthy and hygienic terrarium environment: With our soil police, you can ensure that beneficial organisms in the substrate of your terrarium actively contribute to the cleanliness and well-being of your terrarium inhabitants.

Each test tube, measuring 110 mm x Ø 16 mm, is perfectly portioned to inoculate a terrarium. This means you always have the right amount of beneficial insects and avoid overpopulation.

Note: You will receive exactly one test tube for each ground police selection.

These little helpers efficiently tackle dead plants, moulting debris, droppings, dead food, fungi and even mold. They also provide natural protection against mite infestation, which can quickly become a challenge. Not only do they ensure a clean terrarium, they also make your terrarium more fascinating to look at.

With no waste on the floor, you can instead observe attractive and exciting inhabitants such as Isopods and springtails. And don’t worry: the stocking is designed to ensure successful reproduction in the terrarium.

 

White Isopods (Trichorhina tomentosa):

They are among the first decomposers and are often found in the substrate. They only appear when there is waste on the surface. Suitable for all terrariums in which there is at least one damp corner.

Springtails (Collembola):

They are secondary decomposers and thus process the excrement of Isopods. They perfect the natural cycle in the substrate. Suitable for all terrariums in which there is at least one damp corner.
