With an expected final size of around 3<\/span>0 centimeters<\/span> this species is one of the larger representatives of the Diplopoda. The strong, dark brown to black body forms a fascinating contrast to the conspicuous <\/span>lemon yellow legs<\/span>which seem to glow when they move. This giant is a gentle, peaceful inhabitant that usually hides in the substrate during the day and goes exploring at night. <\/span><\/p>\n
