As a result, they bring a lot of life into your terrarium and at the same time ensure a functioning system. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Compared to many other isopod species, these animals are significantly <\/span><span class=\"s1\">nimbler and more agile<\/span><span class=\"s2\">. They actively roam the substrate and continuously search for food. A permanently slightly moist substrate is therefore important, while dry areas should be available at the same time. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Through their behavior they take on an important task in the terrarium. They utilize   <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Organic residues, leaves and dead material<\/span><span class=\"s2\">which means they actively contribute to cleanliness. At the same time, they support the biological balance and improve the soil structure. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">A suitable substrate is a mixture of <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Forest humus, white rotten wood and leaves<\/span><span class=\"s2\">as these materials correspond to their natural habitat. You can also offer moss and bark so that the animals can retreat. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Feeding is simple. In addition to foliage, they also take   <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Vegetables, isopod food or other organic materials<\/span><span class=\"s2\">  to.
