Termite Wood

Termite Wood or Ant Wood is a piece of wood eaten by termites. The pieces of wood are suitable as a decorative element in a desert terrarium, but also in a rainforest terrarium.

 

 

Termites feed mainly on organic material like wood, humus or grass. As pulp eaters, they are feared pests in wooden structures, for example. Especially many species live in the tropical forests and savannahs of Africa, South America and the Far East. Our Termite Wood is placed near a termite colony until they have a whimsical appearance. There are neither termites nor their eggs on the offered pieces of wood.
