Pleurothallis rubella

Brief description:

Pleurothallis rubella is found in Colombia and Panama. It grows there epiphytically (epiphytic plant) in humid cloud forests at high altitudes. The approx. 5 cm high mini orchid is therefore perfectly suited as an epiphytic plant. When Pleurothallis rubella starts to flower, you can enjoy the flowers almost all year round.

Pleurothallis rubella can cope with 10-15000 Kelvin. The plant thrives well at 20-30 °C and is therefore also suitable for warmer terrariums. It should be sprayed with rainwater at least twice a day. Pleurothallis rubella can be propagated by division.
