Hobby Power & Heat LED – Maximum light output with minimum consumption

The Hobby Power & Heat LED is a powerful LED spotlight that efficiently combines light and heat. With 35 watts and approx. 3,100 lumens or 18 watts and approx. 1,964 lumens, it generates an impressive light output. In comparison, classic metal halide lamps or conventional spotlights often provide less light with significantly higher power consumption. This means you benefit from high brightness with lower energy costs.

A special highlight is the integrated ventilation system inside the radiator. This system makes it possible to raise the ambient temperature in the terrarium by up to an additional 5 °C, depending on the size and ventilation. This makes the LED ideal for supporting existing heating systems or for species with moderate heat requirements.

Thanks to the 25° beam angle, you can create targeted basking areas or light spots in the terrarium. Reptiles reliably recognize the spotlight as a source of heat and light and actively use these areas for thermoregulation. At the same time, the neutral white, daylight-like spectrum provides natural illumination and promotes the well-being of your animals.

The Hobby Power & Heat LED does not emit any UV radiation. It therefore does not replace special UV lamps. However, in combination with UV and heat lamps, it is an energy-saving addition. It can also be used as the sole light source, particularly in terrariums with high light requirements but low heat requirements.

Another advantage is the long service life of over 10,000 operating hours. This reduces maintenance and follow-up costs. The LED also requires no additional ballast and fits into any standard E27 socket.

The robust housing is designed for daily use in terrariums. In tropical terrariums, operation with a suitable lampshade, such as a clamp lamp, is recommended to prevent water droplets from entering the housing.
