Haplopelma minax

Haplopelma minax are tube dwellers. Care should therefore be taken to ensure a sufficient substrate height. This should be at least 15 cm for adult animals. If disturbed, they usually retreat into their living tubes and behave relatively defensively. Nevertheless, handling them is not always easy and you need some patience and experience if you want to move them to a new terrarium, for example.

A bowl for water intake must also be offered.
