Brief description of E. yasumatsui:
Eucorydia yasumatsui is one of the most remarkable genera of Blattodea (cockroaches) due to its attractive appearance. Most species of this genus are characterized by a bright metallic colouration. Eucorydia species are difficult to collect in the wild and are rarely encountered. Due to the lack of specimens, this genus is still relatively poorly described. The animals on offer are captive bred. We keep them on a 7 cm high layer of forest humus which we have previously enriched with white rotten wood. We have added a 3 cm layer of leaves to the surface.
