Brief description:

The type of this species was found in the south-eastern part of the island of Luzon near Sagnaa in the province of South Camarines (Philippines). These orchids grow on trees on wooded slopes at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. Later, the plants were also found in the north of the island of Luzon near Balbalan in the provinces of Kalinga and Apayao and on the island of Leyte near Jaro at altitudes of 500-700 meters.
