Banana leaf

Banana leaves give off a fresh, fruity aroma. They are very popular with our Isopods, millipedes, cockroaches and snails. Banana leaves are a real insider tip, especially for freshly imported snails! They are fed almost exclusively with banana leaves in so-called farm breedings and they only get used to other food slowly. Our banana leaves can therefore be used to bring about a gentle transition and slowly introduce the animals to our range of fruit and vegetables.

Each packaging unit contains a fresh half leaf of the banana plant with a total weight of approx. 70 grams and a length of approx. 1 meter. The leaves can be kept frozen in the freezer for 2 years and defrosted in the fridge for approx. 2 weeks. Our banana leaves are a purely natural product and are harvested and treated just as carefully as our sea almond tree leaves and cocoa leaves. They are absolutely free from pesticides, harmful bacteria and other undesirable substances.
