The attempt to recreate a piece of nature in the living room is all too human. People belong to nature and their own four walls quickly appear sterile, unimaginative and uninteresting. A terrarium is relaxing and offers you interesting observations at the same time. The terrarium should not be seen as a cage or prison for the terrarium animals, but as a protective shell to allow the climatic conditions to be created.
Everything from the ever-moist forests of the tropical climate zone to the deserts of this earth with no or little vegetation can be reproduced.

The “terrarium design“ project can keep you busy for weeks. Every time you go for a walk, you scan your surroundings and mentally place what you see in your terrarium. You should stick to this approach and not make the mistake of imitating a miniature section of nature, but instead present a small section of nature in your terrarium.
