The Insektenliebe Rearing Terrarium is perfect for raising mantids, jumping spiders, tarantulas, scorpions or other offsprings. It is also perfect for permanent housing of small-bodied species.
The containers can be easily stacked on top of each other, and the clear design allows you to observe the animals from the side as well as from above. The clip closure has a silicone lip, so it closes absolutely tight and is convenient to open. However, this is not necessary at all, because the ventilation is provided with a screw thread, allowing you to quickly open the container to feed the animals. With this technique, you can stack the Insektenliebe Rearing Terrarium without having to constantly take it down again. The transparent ventilation grid is grief and fruit fly proof and thus keeps all troublemakers out of the rearing terrarium.
The Insektenliebe Rearing Terrarium is supplied with a 350 ml can of substrate. The substrate is mixed by us and consists of 70% forest humus and 30% spaghnum moss. This mixture perfectly retains moisture and slowly transfers it to the environment. Also, you can easily put a soil police in this substrate. In addition, you have the choice between a piece of cork and a river root. Both products are processed by us so that they easily fit into the Insektenliebe rearing terrarium. A species name sticker is also included, so it can be seen at first glance which species is in the terrarium.
