The Hobby Terra Fix & Easy Terrarium is optimally suited for the permanent housing of insects, but can also be used for keeping smaller amphibians. Whether for beginners or experienced terrarium keepers, the Hobby Terra Fix & Easy terrariums offer the right solution for every application. The terrariums fit ideally into any living space due to the modern appearance and timeless design. Also as a terrarium system installed in shelves, it offers the terrarium enthusiast many possibilities and comes along visually well.
With the right equipment, the Hobby Terra Fix & Easy terrariums offer a species-appropriate home for a wide variety of animals. The terrariums themselves are of high quality and convince with their attention to detail. Especially the black tinted side and rear windows stand out. These reduce possible stress of the animals enormously, because the animals feel less observed and safer by the dark environment. The swinging doors of the front side (one door or two doors depending on the model) allow an easy and uncomplicated maintenance of the terrarium. The special lock of the terrariums installed as standard ensures that the charges remain safely in the terrarium and do not break out.
The bottom of the terrariums is waterproof. Thus, nothing stands in the way of caring for animals that require a lot of moisture or water, such as fire-bellied toads or poison dart frogs. Parts of the side windows can be optionally equipped with glass or a stainless ventilation grille for better ventilation (depending on the model). A hole incl. lockable cable guide in one of the side windows makes it possible to neatly lay e.g. hoses of a sprinkler system, cables of a heating mat or sensors of a controller also laterally. The bottom of the Terra Fix & Easy terrariums is raised to place e.g. a heating mat neatly and protected under the terrarium.
Bedding can be filled into the terrarium up to 8 cm high. This way, even burrowing animals feel comfortable. But also the upper part of the terrarium is well thought out. This also consists of a rustproof metal mesh and thus the complete system provides excellent ventilation inside the terrarium. Also UV rays from various lamps can penetrate unhindered through the lattice of the cover and thus provide the fosterlings with sufficient UV radiation. The completely removable top part simplifies the cleaning or decoration of the terrarium enormously. In the upper part there are completely closable cable passages, which allow a neat laying of cables and hoses.
