AquaGuard water softener set

Instructions for the carbonate hardness test

Water quality not only plays a central role for our consumption, but also for the care of terrariums. In particular, the carbonate hardness content, which indicates the calcium carbonate content in the water, is relevant for terrarium care.

Using water that is too hard leaves unsightly limescale stains on glass surfaces. With AquaGuard, our efficient water softener, limescale is successfully removed from the water to achieve clearer and cleaner spray water.
