The welfare of the animals is our top priority. That is why we offer a live arrival guarantee for all animals shipped. Should any problems arise despite optimal shipping conditions, we guarantee a solution within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery.
Shipping information
Animals are dispatched from Monday to Wednesday. Orders received by 12:00 noon on Thursday will be processed within the same week.
