This plant originates from the tropical rainforests of Central and South America, where it thrives in warm, humid climates. The plant thrives optimally under artificial lighting with 1,000-1,500 lumens.

In addition to its decorative value, Syngonium also has functional benefits in the terrarium: it improves the microclimate, provides shelter and retreat areas for small invertebrates and contributes to a healthy biotope by producing oxygen. Its adaptability makes it easy to combine with other tropical plants.
