The Arcadia Halogen Heat Lamp is your ideal heat source if you want to set up a species-appropriate terrarium. It not only provides intense heat, but also bright light that encourages your reptiles to be more active. Thanks to modern halogen technology, it is more energy-efficient, longer-lasting and more powerful than conventional light bulbs.

You can easily insert the halogen heat lamp into a standard E27 socket. It generates Natural infrared heatwhich resembles the sun, and thus supports the thermoregulation of your animals. This makes your reptiles feel comfortable, allows them to warm up and helps them to live out their natural circadian rhythm.

How to use them:

Use the Halogen Heat Lamp above the basking area so that your animals can warm up in a targeted manner. Make sure that there are also cooler areas in the terrarium so that your animals can switch between temperature zones. The result will be even better if you combine the lamp with a UVB light source – this will provide warmth and light just like in nature.

Temperature development at a distance of approx. 20-30 cm from the sunny spot:

• 35 watts → about 28-32 °C
