The special terrarium lock fitted as standard ensures that the animals remain safely in the terrarium and do not escape.

The base of the terrariums is waterproof. This means that nothing stands in the way of keeping animals that require a lot of moisture or water, such as fire-bellied toads or poison dart frogs. Parts of the side panels can be fitted with either glass or a stainless steel ventilation grille for better ventilation (depending on the model). A drilled hole including a lockable cable guide in one of the side panes makes it possible, for example, to lay irrigation system hoses, heating mat cables or controller sensors neatly to the side. The base of the Terra Fix & Easy terrariums is raised so that, for example, a heating mat can be placed neatly and protected under the terrarium.

Bedding can be filled up to 8 cm high in the terrarium. This means that digging animals also feel comfortable. The upper part of the terrarium is also well thought out. This is also made of a rustproof metal mesh, so the entire system provides excellent ventilation inside the terrarium. UV rays from various light sources can also penetrate unhindered through the grille of the cover and thus provide the pets with sufficient UV radiation. The top section, which can be completely removed if required, makes cleaning or decorating the terrarium much easier. There are completely closable cable apertures in the top section, which allow cables and hoses to be laid neatly.
